On May 4, 2024, the exhibition "Kings, Saints, Monasteries: The World of Early Benedictines in Hungary in Light of the Latest Scientific Research" opened at the Benedictine Abbey of Tihany.

At the event, Prior Norbert Jeromos Mihályi delivered a welcome speech, and the exhibition was opened by László Szende, Head of Department at the Ministry of Culture and Innovation, with Mende Balázs, Deputy Director of our institute, serving as the organizer. The exhibition featured, among other things, the results of research in which the staff of the Institute of Archeogenomics also participated.
